Cancelling "Perish" Culture

If you have been in close contact with an academician, you must have come across the phrase "Publish or Perish." The mantra is what drives research publications and researchers nuts. I am also a participant in the race. . .albeit at my own pace. 

I haven't had my A*, A, or FT50 yet but even with the C and the B I got no regret. I have published papers, there ain't no doubt, their brief summaries is what the section below is about.

CSIR-OSDD & Vigyan Prasar Award 2013

With the objective of creating awareness among the public on "The Need of New Drugs for Tuberculosis", CSIR- OSDD, in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar conducted a YouTube based short video competition in November 2012. 


The contest saw entries from 180 individuals/ teams across India, of which 7 were awarded by a national jury headed by veteran actor / director Shri Amol Palekar in Kolkata between 6-7 January 2013.


My video secured a position in the top 3.
